This time last year M had the pleasure of attending a masterclass in sourdough making by renowned Brighton local, Nick Beddows at Brighton Food & Drink Festival. They got to chat about all things gluten after the class, and what the food scene is like in Brighton compared to London.
Brighton is running their (FREE ENTRY) Spring Harvest Festival from May 19- May 30 with a special Sussex & World Foods day on the Hove Lawns this upcoming bank holiday (May 28th-30) so we thought it would be a great time to share what we learnt last year.
